Rollers

Seamless, abrasion resistant, uniform surface without joints and seams. Very useful e.g.: aluminum extrusion, glass production, production of wood-based panels, etc.

Endless belts

Endless (seamless) with uniform surface without joints and seams or connected with metal clips. Very useful e.g.: aluminum extrusion, glass production, production of wood-based panels, etc.

Timing belts

Made of polyurethane, internally reinforced with steel cables to increase tensile strength. We use modern hot lamination technology. Permanently connected with a suitable heat-resistant felt, it is perfect for the production of heavy aluminum profiles

Pads

Abrasion resistant, uniform surface. 4 degrees of hardness available: SOFT, R1, R2 and R3. Very useful e.g.: for aluminum extrusion, replacing graphite blocks.

Spacer sleeves

Used as covering for the spacing bar placed between two layers of profile

Felt with adhesive tape

NOMEX tape with strong self-adhesive tape used as a distance protection.
